  • Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider — we do not store credit card numbers

  • Match RFPs and bid opportunities to your company profile
  • Send weekly email digests of matched opportunities
  • Process subscription payments
  • Improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics
  • Communicate important updates about the Service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Payment processors: to handle subscription billing
  • Email providers: to deliver your weekly RFP digests
  • Hosting providers: to operate the Service infrastructure

All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements and only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their function.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes.
